  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Summer Sale! ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Surcharges apply to non-continental deliveries and customer will be notified prior to shipment. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  When providing a PO Box - please also supply a physical address in line #2.  US Postal shipments are NOT insured.  UPS is insured up to $100.  When taking advantage of and free or $ off shipping promotion, we choose - based on a cost basis - the most economical mode of shipment.  Signature required shipments are a separate $10.00 charge and must be requested via phone prior to shipment.



  • Sales Tax

  • Summer Sale! charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.  Currently, only MN shipments are subject to a tax collection of 6.875.  This applies to point of delivery orders only.

  • Return Policy

  • Consumers have up to 10 business days from delivery to return any product forr any reason - as long as the product is in new condition with all original packaging.  Returns are not allowed outside of this time period.  All returns must be first verified prior to sending by calling 1-888-936-6826 within the specified time.  Exchanges are encouraged and returns are subject to initial shipping and a 20% restock charge. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.  Unauthorized Returns will not be accepted under normal circumstances and can be charged a 50% restock fee. Summer Sale! reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
